Palatul Cotroceni – ruptura dungii galbene special destinata biciclistilor. Poate ca se gandeau sa schimbe aderenta si au lucrat anapoda, cum se spune in limbaj popular.

Sau diverse si varii motive pentru care biciclistii nu ar trebui sa vada dunga (traseul semnalizat astfel)…
